We process information you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, wedding date, locations, preferences, messages and information about a booking or agreement.

We may also record technical visit information, referral pages and campaign information where permitted by your cookie choices.

We use data to answer inquiries, check availability, prepare proposals, enter into and perform agreements, deliver photo and video services and maintain necessary customer communication.

Processing is based on consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the business.

We use trusted suppliers for hosting, databases, email, messaging, payments, analytics and customer service. They may process data only under our instructions and applicable data processing agreements.

Where a supplier processes data outside the EU/EEA, we use a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Inquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted or anonymised when no longer relevant. Customer and payment records are retained where required by law and documentation obligations.
