Yes. We meet you around 10 minutes before your appointment and guide you calmly through the flow. We know the building, the order of events and the places where the light works best for portraits.
That is completely fine. Copenhagen City Hall has strong indoor locations for portraits, with beautiful architecture and varied light. If the weather is good, we can also step outside around city hall.
For the 20-minute package, you receive a minimum of 40 edited photos. The 1-hour and 2-hour packages are for couples who want more time, guests, family photos or extra locations, so the final gallery is usually larger. We will recommend the smallest package that honestly fits your plans.
The ceremony itself usually takes around 5-7 minutes. With portraits inside city hall, a 1-hour package gives good time for the ceremony, congratulations and calm images in the historic rooms.
Yes, you can bring family and friends to City Hall. The ceremony room can accommodate a small group. If you have a larger group, we can take family photos after the ceremony. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
You'll receive a private online gallery link via email within 48 hours. The gallery is password-protected and you can download all photos in high resolution. You can also share the gallery with family and friends. The gallery stays online for at least one year.
Yes, Copenhagen City Hall requires two witnesses. If you are coming alone as a couple, we can help arrange witnesses or guide you on how to organise them, so the process is simple and stress-free.
We speak fluent English and Danish. If you contact us in English, we keep the planning and follow-up in English. We work with international couples every week and are experienced in guiding non-Danish speakers through the City Hall process.
