How much does the City Hall photography package cost?
The weekday package is €200 including VAT, subject to availability. It covers your ceremony and a few guided portraits within one agreed 20-minute session, with at least 40 edited photographs in a private gallery within 48 hours. We confirm the coverage and timing before you book.
Is 20 minutes enough?
It can be a good fit for the ceremony, signing and a few portraits at City Hall, or for a portrait-only session agreed in advance. The 20 minutes are the total photography coverage, not extra portrait time after the ceremony.
Can we have photographs inside and outside?
We plan portraits at City Hall around the time available. The exact spots depend on access, weather and ceremony timing, so both indoor and outdoor portraits cannot be guaranteed in every short session. Tell us which photographs matter most to you.
Can we include our guests or family?
Tell us how many people are joining you and which group photographs you would like. We can advise whether they fit the short session. Several combinations or a larger family gathering usually need more time.
When and where do we meet the photographer?
We agree the meeting time and point with you before the day. Check your booking details, and reply in your booking conversation if anything is unclear or your ceremony time changes. The agreed start of photography is not necessarily the ceremony time.
What if the ceremony is delayed?
Let us know if you hear about a delay. We will work with you on the photographs that fit the time available. Any change to the agreed coverage needs to be confirmed with us.
What photographs will we receive, and when?
At least 40 edited digital photographs in a private online gallery within 48 hours of your session. You can download the photographs after you travel home. If you need them before a particular flight or deadline, ask before booking. Video and printed products are not included.
What happens after we check our date?
Send your date, ceremony time if known and contact details. We check availability and confirm the coverage before you complete the booking. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a photographer or take payment.
How do we pay?
Your booking details show the total price, payment instructions and when payment is due. If you have a question about paying from abroad, reply in your booking conversation before completing payment.
