Copenhagen City Hall photos: 20 minutes or one hour?

For a simple ceremony and a few portraits, our weekday €200 package provides one agreed 20-minute session and at least 40 edited photographs. Choose one hour at €400 with at least 80 photographs when family groups or a more relaxed portrait sequence matter to you. Prices include VAT. Both options depend on availability; we agree the timing and coverage before you book.

What can the short City Hall package cover?

Your ceremony and a few natural portraits nearby, with gentle guidance from your photographer. You do not need to know how to pose: we help you feel comfortable together.

Our weekday €200 package includes one agreed 20-minute session in total, including the ceremony and portraits. You receive at least 40 edited digital photographs in a private online gallery within 48 hours, ready to download and share.

The 20 minutes are the total agreed coverage, not an extra portrait session after the ceremony. If you would prefer portraits only before or after your ceremony, we can agree this in advance, subject to availability. The ceremony is then not included.

When does an hour make more sense?

An hour gives you more room for the people and photographs you want to include. It can be a better fit when you have several family groups, want a more relaxed sequence of portraits or would like more photographs in the City Hall surroundings.

Our one-hour option is €400 and includes at least 80 edited photographs. Tell us what you want to remember, and we will help you choose and agree the start and finish. A simple ceremony with a few portraits may not need the longer option.

Can we have family photographs?

Yes. Tell us who will be there and which group photographs matter to you. One small group and several different family combinations need different amounts of time.

Sharing those wishes beforehand helps us recommend suitable coverage. We will not promise a long list of combinations inside a short session without first checking the plan with you.

Where do we meet the photographer?

We agree the meeting place and timing with you before the day, around your ceremony arrangements. The agreed start of photography is not necessarily the ceremony time. Use the confirmed details from your booking.

Send your wedding date and ceremony time when you enquire. If the time is not yet confirmed, tell us so we can explain what needs to be agreed before the booking is final.

What if it rains or the ceremony is delayed?

We plan portraits around the weather, access and agreed coverage. Tell us if outdoor photographs are especially important to you. Both indoor and outdoor portraits cannot be guaranteed in every short session.

If your ceremony arrangements change, contact us as soon as possible. We will look at what can be adjusted; changes to the agreed coverage need to be confirmed with us.

How do we know whether we like your style?

Look at a sequence from a real wedding, rather than judging only one favourite portrait. Notice the ceremony photographs, the small details and how the couple looks together.

Send your date, ceremony time if known and the photographs that matter most to you. We check availability and agree the coverage before you complete the booking. An enquiry does not reserve a photographer or take payment.
